All valet services include all material and service charges, including GST, unless stated otherwise.

Velvet shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform the service due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to utility failures, acts of God, war, civil unrest, malicious damage, legal or governmental orders, accidents, machinery breakdowns, fire, flood, storms, or supplier issues. Valeting times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of each vehicle.

Velvet Car Wash Ltd is not responsible for removing or reinstalling infant or child car seats. Additionally, we are not liable for any accidents resulting from improperly installed car seats.

Velvet Car Wash Ltd assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the valet service

Engine steam cleaning or water cleaning carries a minimal risk of water-related electrical faults, which are typically temporary and resolve as the engine dries. In rare cases, more severe issues may arise. This service is undertaken at the owner's risk, and the company accepts no liability for any resulting faults.

The interiors of glove boxes will not be cleaned, and contents within them will remain undisturbed.

​Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or the complete restoration of surfaces, fabrics, or conditions

An additional charge applies for the removal of pet hair, with no guarantee of complete removal.

Cleaning may reveal underlying scratches, faults, or dents. We are not liable for any damages or paint failures that become apparent during the cleaning process

After shampooing or steam cleaning seats and carpets, leave a small portion of windows open overnight to prevent mist formation and odor. If possible, park the vehicle indoors to facilitate drying, as upholstery and carpets typically require several hours to fully dry.

While every effort is made to ensure the highest standard of valeting services, customers should inspect their vehicle upon completion. Any discrepancies should be reported at the reception for immediate resolution. Auto Valet Car Wash Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges for services once the customer has left the premises

Monthly Plans: For all monthly subscriptions, we provide a maximum of four washes per month.

For excessively dirty cars or more than four washes in a month, standard rates will apply.
